Coverage addresses illnesses present at the time of purchase, including contagious conditions or parasites. Fleas and ticks are excluded.
Up to a year for qualifying conditions
Congenital or hereditary conditions affecting a puppy’s health are covered for up to one year from the purchase date, under the guarantee’s terms.
When a covered condition is confirmed, the published choices include returning the puppy for a refund, choosing another puppy of equal value, or keeping your puppy with reimbursement for necessary veterinary care. Veterinary reimbursements cannot exceed the original purchase price.
Keep the claim steps handy: have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy if concerns arise, inform Waggles within two business days of an “unfit” diagnosis, send written veterinary documentation promptly and submit the claim within 30 days. Conditions disclosed before purchase are excluded. The guarantee does not promise adult size, breeding ability or show quality.
